The physical and emotional effects of serious injury can last a lifetime. Seeking legal advice at an early stage is essential to broadening your options and ensuring that you receive just compensation for your injuries. Eyford Partners can help you recover the accident benefits to which you are entitled through your insurance provider and from the person, company, or institution whose negligence led to your injuries.
If you or a family member has suffered harm as a result of the negligent actions of another, our litigators will work tirelessly on your behalf to recover compensation for losses and funding for medical support. Our litigators rely on their in-depth knowledge of liability and insurance law to meet the challenge of opposing parties who attempt to dispute injury claims. Should it come to litigation, our lawyers have a wealth of experience as trial counsel before judges and juries, and as appellate counsel before the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and Supreme Court of Canada.
Our goal is to help you receive the benefits and compensation you need to move forward following a life-altering injury. The strategies we implement to accomplish this goal will be tailored to the specifics of the case and to your unique needs.
