Our aviation practice leader, Bob Shaw, a partner in the firm’s Kelowna office, is a former commercial licensed pilot and an active member of the US-based Lawyers and Pilots Bar Association.

Education/Experience
Stacey Whiteside is a paralegal in the firm’s Kelowna office. Stacey graduated from McMaster University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Humanities degree in History. She then obtained her Paralegal Diploma from Capilano University in 1998. Stacey has worked extensively in the area of personal injury litigation for both plaintiff and defence firms in the Okanagan. Stacey joined the firm in 2013.
