Based in Kelowna and Vancouver, Bob is a highly experienced litigation lawyer with a focus on insurance law, commercial litigation and complex personal injury claims. Bob has appeared at all levels of courts in British Columbia. He represents local, Canadian and international clients in litigation and dispute resolution.

Bob has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of insurance, transportation and product liability matters including aviation, motor vehicle, railway, trucking, heavy equipment, pharmaceuticals, building mechanical and structural systems, fire and flood loss claims. Bob defends disability insurance claims on behalf of insurers and employers. He regularly provides insurance coverage advice and opinions. Many of his cases involve complex personal injury and property damage claims. His experience also includes sports and recreation liability and regulatory matters. His practice also extends to commercial disputes and class actions.

Bob is a dedicated advocate for his clients’ best interest and he regularly assists clients in dispute resolution. His extensive mediation experience includes completing the Harvard University Law School mediation program.

Bob earned his law degree from the University of Alberta and has been practicing law in British Columbia for 30 years. Before going to law school, he obtained an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University and then worked as a commercial pilot. He was a partner at a large national law firm before joining Eyford Partners.
