BIOGRAPHY

Erin Tolfo is a civil litigator with broad experience in class actions, employment, financial crimes, privacy, insurance, and other commercial and regulatory disputes. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, and has drafted materials for the Supreme Court of Canada.

Before joining Eyford Partners, Erin held senior roles at a federally regulated credit union. There she managed disputes and litigation, including complex class action lawsuits and judicial reviews and appeals. She acted as primary liaison to regulators, providing oversight for anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing, fraud risk management, and privacy. She has extensive experience in corporate security and investigations, business operations, complex insurance coverage assessments and disputes, and consumer complaints and protection issues.

Erin graduated from law school at Dalhousie University in 2010, then clerked at the Court of Appeal for British Columbia. She loves spending time outdoors, giving back to her community through athletic organizations, the parent advisory committee at her children’s school, and as a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement BC.
