BIOGRAPHY

Kaelyn is a bold and rights-oriented advocate based in Vancouver, who approaches litigation with a critical and creative eye. She represents employees and employers in labour matters, as well as sexual assault plaintiffs. She is committed to representing her diverse client base with integrity, achieving successful outcomes through compelling and persuasive arguments.

Prior to joining Eyford Partners, Kaelyn articled at a full-spectrum employment law firm, advocating for survivors of sexual assault in this developing practice area. Her success was marked by effective settlement negotiations, compassionate representation, and several appearances before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Provincial Court of British Columbia, and the Human Rights Tribunal.

Kaelyn attended Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC for her Juris Doctor degree, where she also earned a certificate in Indigenous Cultural Competency. While attending UBC Okanagan for a Bachelor of Arts degree, she served as a teaching assistant in creative and critical studies. During law school, she volunteered at several legal clinics and worked as a research assistant, studying the impacts of COVID-19 on employment law in Canada.
