Kaelyn Fountain is a litigator in our firm’s Vancouver office. Her practice areas include appeals and judicial review, surety and warranty, and business disputes such as construction, employment, and municipal and expropriation matters. She has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the British Columbia Court of Appeals, and various administrative tribunals. She continues to develop her advocacy practice in the courts of B.C., representing her diverse client base with integrity, achieving successful outcomes through compelling and persuasive arguments.
Before joining Eyford Partners, Kaelyn articled at an employment law firm, where she represented both employees and employers in labour matters.
Kaelyn attended Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia for her Juris Doctor degree, where she also earned a certificate in Indigenous Cultural Competency. While earning her Bachelor of Arts degree at UBC Okanagan, she served as a teaching assistant in creative and critical studies. During law school, she volunteered at several legal clinics and worked as a research assistant, studying employment law in Canada as it relates to migrant workers.
