Nathalie J. Baker to Co-Chair Course on Regulation of Subdivisions

On 30 May 2019, Nathalie will be co-chairing CLEBC’s course on Subdivision Regulation and Discretion. The course will address fundamental issues of interest to practitioners in the several areas, including municipal and administrative law, as well as real estate.

Topics include the statutory powers of municipalities and approving officers, highway and other dedications, various strata plans, latecomer agreements, and judicial review of decisions by an approving officer.
