CIAJ – National Rountable on Administrative Law

Nathalie J. Baker and Ryan W. Parsons are attending the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice’s National Roundtable on Administrative Law: Masters in Our House: Adjudicative Sovereignty v. Judicial Oversight in Montreal on 25 May 2019.

The conference will addresses several hot topics in administrative law, including judicial oversight of tribunals, deference, and the independence and accountability of adjudicators.
