Natasha Petersen is a Vancouver-based litigator, focusing on transportation, product liability, construction, insurance, and business disputes. Natasha guides clients through the litigation process, advocating for their best interests in court or negotiating on their behalf out of court. She has argued cases in British Columbia’s Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and the Court of Appeal. She was recognized as a 2018 and 2019 Benchmark Litigation Future Star and on the 40 & Under Hot List for Canada.
Natasha joined the firm’s Vancouver office as a litigation associate after completing her articles at a large regional firm and being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2015.
During law school, Natasha was a Case Manager and Advisor with the Western Business Law Clinic, helping business owners in Ontario navigate their legal issues from incorporation to international expansion. She was also on the Canadian national champion team of the largest moot in the world and served as an editor with the Western Journal of Legal Studies.
Natasha obtained her law degree (JD) from the University of Western Ontario, now Western University, in 2014.
