Brooke Fortugno

Brooke Fortugno is a Vancouver-based civil litigator. Her practice includes commercial litigation, insurance defence, judicial review, and employment disputes.

Before joining Eyford Partners, Brooke spent her articling year at a large full-service business firm, where she worked with senior counsel, researching and developing litigation strategies for a range of clients from small business owners to multinational corporations.

Brooke is committed to providing her clients with strategic and effective advice, resolving disputes efficiently whenever settlement can be reached, and advocating determinedly for her clients’ best interests in and out of court. Brooke is bilingual and can provide legal services in English and French.

Brooke obtained her law degree from the University of Calgary. During her studies, she worked for the Faculty of Law as a research assistant and as a teaching assistant, volunteered with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students of Canada, acted as regulatory advisor to a Calgary-based business, and competed in The Laskin, a national bilingual moot court competition, as her team’s French-speaking oralist.
